Get your sugar eating arse in the gym a couple days a week. DISCIPLINE
If it was easy, everyone would do it. Get your comfortable arse up and stop talking about it on a message board
Im 50 and Im starting to fall apart a little bit. I pretty active and go to the gym 4 or 5 days week. I might workout 2.
I mainly train my stepson for fb.
I walk with the wife a couple times a week and am on a constant go. Get out the house! It sucks, once its over you will feel great and glad you did it.
Like the other guy said, you may not see 50 if your mindset is where its at right now

I'm 55 and in a lot better shape now than I was at 30. Sitting behind a desk all day took a toll and I realized I had to do more. Started getting up and going to the gym at 4am 4 days a week. Been doing that for 2 years now and feel great.
