Tartar sauce recipe?
We had grilled burgers with cheddar, onions, and mushrooms (no bun). Sides were roasted veggies and potatoes.

I sort of eyeball all this and then adjust to taste. This will give you a starting point.
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely minced onions
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
Couple dashes of hot sauce
I/4 teaspoon black pepper
I’d start with 1 teaspoons of each of the following and then adjust to taste:
Dry ranch dressing mix
Worcestershire sauce
Sugar
Mix well and chill. I think the original recipe called for a tablespoon or so of Italian dressing but I seldom have it so it’s not usually added. Not sure if it suffers or not.
