Withholding food, water, medication and medical attention.

Holding him indefinitely in pretrial detention.

Putting him in solitary confinement in a cell with a pool of standing water.

Refusing to check on him for days on end.

Reporting that he was in "ok" condition for days after his death.

I'm sure I'm omitting some.
