No. Network executives, NCAA, and conference commisioners have. None of this shite should even be making it to courts, but bc the NCAA is so incompetent people have no other option.

All the NCAA had to do was let players get a cut of their jersey sales and not take the money from that one Boston College (I think) football player who started a clothing company that had nothing to do with his playing career.
They had ample opportunities to give a little, instead they dared the players to go to court and now they have no power.
