Why would a judge toss the charges against President Trump just because the DA was screwing her employee?

It's all pretty amusing in light of the hot potato Fani went through on trying not to make the call on the Rashard Brooks shooting
She wanted no part of that debacle, just as most wouldn't want to take this first impression RICO case.
