Wish me luck trying to convince her to choose an induction.

take her to a nice appliance store where they have the units plugged in and have them demonstrate getting a pot of cold water to boil in 55 seconds.

take it for what its worth, but my wife is a cook..i mean she cooks the shite out of stuff, worked as a personal chef for awhile and has owned 2 food trucks...anyway she was in the frick NO camp on induction until we went and looked at one.

i think you'll be surprised. what do you have to lose just going and checking one out? you want to make the most informed decision.

I convinced her on an induction and she informed the contractor that we were going to stay electric.

But overall, this has become a mess. Today she told me that I had to move my gun safes out of the house. I told her that's enough bullshite. They're big ones and dang near impossible to move even when empty.
