10 isn’t super old. She still has a few good years left if healthy. Get some pet bone broth and pour into canned food. Primal makes some that you can find in feed stores. Maybe pet smart and petco. It’s in the frozen section. Or any kind of pet brand. With broth, people kind isn’t good bc of the spices added. Keep feeding canned food. The water wouldn’t bother me as much yet unless she was turning down canned food and generally more lethargic. If so, I’d press on for an U/S or X-ray to check for cancer that might not yet be showing on lab work. Hemangiosarcoma is silent until it isn’t. It can be in the spleen. Lymphoma can be silent until it isn’t. It’s really hard to guess if it could be just age or not. Seek a 2nd opinion from another vet if your vet isn’t answering your concerns.
