Need to remove car wax

What product will safely completely strip Griots ceramic car wax off a car? And what product should I use to wipe down the car to prep prior to applying fresh wax after I remove the old wax?

Chemical Guys Clean Slate to remove waxes and sealants.
Reapplying wax:
You want to wash your car completely and dry
Clay bar your car
Polish for light surface scratches
Apply sealant
Apply wax

if talking just wax/sealants, nothing works better than Dawn.
If you are talking about a ceramic coating, that might be a bit different.
