In an at-will state like Louisiana, I'd think yes. The timeline may present an issue but I am not sure that it would.

Not sure, but I’d advocate for them.
Is it fricked up? Sure, but the vax mandates with firings were their right.

I believe that's legal in some places, however, that's not a good analogy. Cutting hair is not the same as injecting your body with an unknown substance.
This would be more like a company mandating that you have to smoke weed or something else to work there. Should that be legal for a company to do even in an at will state?
