None of this contradicts the cousin saying she was drugged in the casino. IF that is the case, then none of this matters at all. A drugged person does not make rational decisions, and one that was unwittingly drugged is now a victim of everything that takes place from that very moment This arrest document strictly says they see her leaving with him. None of that is in question here. Did she leave willingly of her own conscious decision, or did she do so due to his illegally drugging her? We need facts here before drawing any conclusions
If it’s fentanyl or heroin in she system, that isn’t something you “drug someone” with. You don’t do a little fentanyl and stroll on out the casino

We dont know what was in her system and this guy might not have even known what he was giving someone besides it being some pill pressed with all kinds of stuff.
