Trump and his inner circle have had over 3 years to present actual evidence and when given the opportunity in lawsuits none has been presented despite people like Powell. Wood, Giuliani, My Pillow Guy, etc saying they had actual evidence. Some took plea deals rather than prove what they were saying was correct, some plead guilty, and some settled out of court instead of proving the fraud they said they had evidence of. So yes, call me skeptical.
