Hit things. People.
Seriously, if you're into it, consider taking something like a cardio kickboxing class or a Title Gym boxing class and hit the heavy bags. Or, if you're up for it, some self defense or martial art where you spar. Don't worry, it's usually in a controlled environment where you're learning technique and people are controlling their strikes for the most part. I've been doing Krav Maga for example for 9 years and love it. After you finish that kind of class you have a health respect for what others might be able to do to you and you learn to control your temper in the "real world" real quick 'cause you never know what others might be trained to do.d
