Pretty much every big 12 school but OU and Texas...Texas wanted either Mallett or Chiles, OU got a kid out of Missouri

JJ has more potential with limited practice and game experience. The qb lineup will be JJ, RS next year.

Strong arms are only a portion of what is takes to "special". I wish him the best and hopes he turns it around, but it will be tough for him mentally. As in any confidence he ever had in his abilities has been crushed. JL just wasn't ready for the big stage, and may never be now.

jamarcus russell had a strong arm too, but proved to make too many costly decisions in critical games.

We had to come from behind alot, because JR would dig us into holes. UT 06 is a perfect example.

Actually, most games where we "came from behind" were because of JR.

JL was suppose to have two more years to develope. That did not happen because of you know who.

That's only because the Big XII has some of the worst defensives while the SEC has some of the elite, which is why Lee has struggled.
