It makes no grammatical sense so it is unreasonable to ask of people. If you want to be called you/it that would make more sense. I'm all about people being able to identify as whatever they want but don't put that burden on me to remember to get it right when it contradicts everything that I've learned abut the English language.

Putting pronouns in one’s resume or LinkedIn is one of the best things for me to see when vetting candidates. Saves me the trouble of an interview.
