But I think we get your point, which is why I have to cover my Hebrew tattoos in most of the cities of Europe. Cause they give a shite about offending us. I'm just a stabbing target. I forgot about an ex-girlfriend's dad in Laffy; I went to Christmas with her, and her dad asked if I believed in Jesus (insert a bunch of Catholic talk I don't recall,) and I said, "no." He called me a dirty Jew in the middle of opening presents. It was kind of hilarious. I did bad things to his daughter for a few more months (with her complete consent.) So there.

OP does need to file an OCR complaint, because it will give legal groups evidence to take action on his, and others behalf. People call the cops because they don't get guacamole, file the complaint and create the evidence. Nothing will happen for years, I'm sure, but you have to create the paper trail to benefit the future. It takes a village, right?
