I get kids do dumb shite, but picking & being a spoiled rich prick is one thing. Pulling a “prank” that could conceivably result in someone’s death is another.

The fact that the mother is having to make a case for bullying is sickening. It’s not bullying, it’s criminal activity. shite it’s borderline attempted murder. Disgusting.
