Okay, now I know who y'all are talking about. I watched a different YouTube takedown of "V Shred" by Mike Israetel. I wonder if V Shred is the kinda guy that relishes the hate he's getting or if he's crying in the fetal position of a Planet Fitness somewhere?

One of the reasons these people can stay so fit is this grift allows them to not have a traditional full time job and they can dedicate all of their time resources to staying fit imo
