State of New York? He paid property taxes based on their appraisal of his property, or his. If his, then he overpaid. If theirs, how is that his fault?

The lenders? They did their own due diligence and made their loans based in THEIR determination of value, not Trump's. Not one said they were defrauded.

If I declare my 2010 Accord is worth 100k, but no one believes it or extends credit to me based on that declaration, it's meaningless.
