Going out to bars for the 35 and older crowd isn’t as prevalent as it was in late 90’s and early 2000’s.
You’d see way more people older than 35 and well into their early 50’s at The Station, Sullivan’s, Triple A, Southdowns, Caterie, etc.
You rarely see people in this age group out at bars like you once did.

Cadillac Cafe used to be mostly people from 25-45 or so.
I really stopped going to bars around 28. Obviously, not counting restaurant bars, a work meeting or occasionally on vacation. Kids will do that for you. Now we could go but no longer have any desire to.
