Place is a beacon of success of copyright infringement. If I've heard correctly it used to be called Cadillac Bar because the owners worked at Cadillac Bar in Houston and straight ripped it off. Got sued and had to change the name but kept the concept.

So? Yeah, cause there’s no other Tex Mex bar & grills around that have patio….and serve margs. Lol

My wife’s uncle said it used to be called Cadillac Grille, I believe.
