Anyone played? Getting out there tomorrow morning. Looks pretty legit.

It was pristine like most Mexican resort courses when I played it, didn't see another group also. There is a sweet long par three you have to carry a whole cenote.
Actually liked it better than Mayakoba down the road.

Fairways were nice but the iguanas on the greens got old after two holes. Every body of water not part of the ocean smells like sewage. Fresh margs at the turn were a nice touch. Save your money and play City Park North

Bumping this thread…. Played it today. Incredible shape. Perfect conditions. Didn’t notice any smells
