Its a 2 stroke 200 Yamaha so its easy to work on and parts are readily available. I am no outboard guru but I have never had but one I couldn't make run and that's because someone removed the plugs and let it sit for about 10 years. I probably could have fixed it but it was 9.9 merc and I could buy another one just like it for $100.

I know this boat well but never fished out of. I know how seldom its been used and how it has been stored. Other than things that can go wrong from not using them it should be in pretty good shape...and the price range we are discussing is almost what the hull is worth without the engine or dual axle aluminum trailer. Old boy is still on the fence about selling it so I ain't pressuring him but if he says its a go he'll have the money righ fast LOL.

As far as Nautic Star boats, all I can say is I still can't believe I bought an Xpress without even giving these boats a look. Idiot.
