Were you implying that one fertilizer application per year and weekend mowing is too much maintenance? Are you trying to warn the homeowner that this is what he'll have to do in order to enjoy great bermuda?
The person I quoted said he regularly mowed twice per week. Once per week is only when he backed off.
There is no other way to take any of this.
