2. How did the mentally ill person acquire its firearms?
Good question and I bet we can thank someone Fast And Furious for that one.
No red flag laws in Texas and no felonies and most likely not an illegal.

Moreno also had a history of arrests in Harris and Fort Bend counties dating back to 2005.
The arrests include a convictions for:
Failure to stop and give information in case involving more than $200 in damages, a Class B misdemeanor, in 2005
Assault causing bodily injury, a Class A misdemeanor, in 2009
Forgery to defraud or harm, a Class A misdemeanor, in 2010
Theft of property valued between $50 and $500, a Class B misdemeanor, in 2010
Evading arrest or detention, a Class A misdemeanor, in 2010
Unlawful carrying of a weapon, a Class A misdemeanor, in 2022
Moreno was accused of unlawfully carrying a gun after being stopped by Katy police in a 2022 pullover that also uncovered drug paraphernalia, according to Fort Bend County court records.
Moreno was ordered to forfeit a handgun and a rifle as part of her conviction in the 2022 gun charge. She was sentenced to spend two days in jail, for which she got credit for time served. She was not ordered to any kind of probation, according to court records.
While Texas law prohibits people who have been convicted of a felony from owning a gun for a period of time after they are released from prison, there are only limited instances — mostly connected to domestic violence — in which people convicted of misdemeanors are prohibited from legally buying and owning guns.

Wrong.
Prior, recent, divorce proceedings listed the dead shooter as “deportable”.
So from El Salvador… a criminal… mentally ill… tranny… yep, sounds like someone who would recently be on top of getting legal immigration done!
Sorry another one of your fellow leftist trannys went loco again…. But it’s your ally and you vote for more of it. Congrats.
