Just the wife and I I’d say $2500 a months

Do y'all just not cook and get Door Dash for every meal? $625/week is wild to me for 2 people.

Yeah, for two people that seems like a lot.

Man…I’m attacking our food budget now and it’s hard. Also, the more you try to eat real food the harder it gets. A chuck roast is $25, steaks for 4 are $50…..shite, decent milk is $4 per half gallon. We go through over a dozen eggs per week and they’re $6 a dozen. That shite adds up over a month and that doesn’t include the $500 trip to Costco to buy what you can in bulk every couple of months. .

You have to consistently eat in and focus on meals that feed a lot and are cheap. Spaghetti, tacos, pizza, etc. But if you slip and pick up a few days in a row you can hit $200 real quick.

We cook quite a bit at home, but also eat out at nicer restaurants 1-2 times a week. Adds up. Likely $1200/month at restaurants. We booze it pretty good as well.
