On second thought, that might be good. Roll call votes would take five weeks so the House could only pass a handful of bills every year.

Oh...and Congress cannot be in session more than 6 months a year, absent declared emergency by President in concurrence with Speaker and Majority and Minirity Leader. Emergency session can be no longer than 2 weeks and only to address the issue for which the emergency is declared.
Oh, and no PACs or bundling. Campaign donations can only be by citizens of the state where the office is located (Senators won't need it anymore). Presidential candidates can be nationwide (citizens only) capped at $1000.
