1) Repeal 17th Amendment
2) Allow for immediate recall of Senators by state governments
3) Expand House so that no district can represent more than 100k people
4) Citizens only for apportionment
5) Absolute bar of consideration of race for anything (explicitly or tacitly)
6) CRs prohibited. Budget cannot be more than 3% in deficit.
7) Cap age for federal offices (and judgeships) at 75. Judges that reach that age are required to retire (no senior status)

The house would have 3,000 members?
On second thought, that might be good. Roll call votes would take five weeks so the House could only pass a handful of bills every year.
