There’s a different connection with your states team than your city’s team. Kids not only grow up dreaming of playing for this team they also grow up dreaming of attending school there and doing the whole Greek life thing.

Saying your kid is going to an SEC school is a flex in the southeast. Especially if it’s an SEC school in another state.
