Looking at any potential matchup Umbridge has left, I wouldn't pick her in any matchup. But it's possible she just beat her toughest matchup (Amon Goeth). Although the boards hate for Jenny and Upham is very strong so you never know. Commodus is a 2 seed but he's the favorite in the clubhouse right now imo. He will be hard to beat.

Biff is interesting. I am voting for him, and man do I not like him, but there's something about old remorseful Biff that was ok for a bit. Old school Biff was just a normal bully, not really THAT hateable.
