re: On Feb 13th Santa Monica is voting on a proposal that could change housing in CA forever

Whats wild is Cali was a red state from 1952-1992 (POTUS voting) other than one 4 year period. Now it seems impossible to ever change them, as they are entrenched in law and big cities. Away from cities they have more Pubs than most states have residents.

If we could get the red voters to move to swing states that would be cool.
