Yeah, I'm really excited. Junie got to go home and get some real training. He is gonna kick some arse tonight.

My predictions

Vinny will pull guard and win via triangle choke in the first round, and Phillipe will win via KO in the second round.

Jason McDonald is fun to watch also.

First the Kos' knockout earlier this week then Johnson's kick. What a great week for MMA. Let's just hope Nover-Efrain puts on a good show!

Wow didn't see that. I can't believe Vinny just stood there and didn't go for a takedown earlier.

Did not have an offensive move for that fight. He did absolutely NOTHING!!! Complete domination.

Can't believe Bader won. Vinnie is one dimensional after all. If he ever learns to strike...game over for everyone else at 205. Congrats to Bader. Now let's hope Nover brings it!!!

You do know Rich Clementi rolled him up and Clementi is a natural lightweight?

and learns some takedowns instead of just pulling guard, yea he could be very dangerous.

Yeah, I thought Bader would try to take him down even though IMO that would have been to Vinnys advantage. Surprised Vinny did not try to clench and pull guard. Bader looked good and kind of fits the Matt Hamil mold.
