Have had a few power poles (all Blades) and now running a pair of 8 ft Raptors. Very similar performance, Raptor is built a little heavier duty, and seems to dig in on its own a bit better. Also adjusts as tide rises on you. No problems so far.

PP customer service is outstanding, have had good luck with MK's for an onboard charger unit though.

I run power poles, with the drift paddles. Livescoping Crappie, you can move fast, then drop them, putting on the brakes. Also helps in the wind.

One time I lost the hydraulics on one of them, the pole fell on I-20 heading to Toledo Bend. Concrete ate the stinger up, Power Pole sent me a new one at no cost. Customer service is top notch.
