No, but there are at least two, possibly three, commandments that address crooked business dealings:

Thou shalt not steal.
Thou shalt not bear false witness.

I am the Lord your God. Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

On the last one, if your pursuit of money keeps you from God, then money has become your god; therefore, you have broken that commandment.
