Tomorrow morning, I'm just going to use a hamburger patty from Sam's. McD's used to have a special kind of meat that seemed like it was made of beef slices that were fused together. Maybe they used meat glue that everyone seems to hate, I don't know.
They also originally used this or something very much like this:
Otherwise, it's just a plain bagel, cheese and egg.
