I've thought this would be a huge game changer for several years now. Durant in particular has gotten away with carrying for his entire career.

Also, review tape for every game and start retroactively fining guys for flopping. It needs to be an amount that would make them pay attention, like $250K per flop.

it would be huge honestly. Every ball handler would have to change how they dribble.

I’d add that something has to be done about fouls being called because an offensive player aggressively initiates contact. Call it an offensive foul or play on.
