Seriously, what kind of a stupid jackass spends 7 years in college, and gets no degree?

The NCAA allows a student to go back to school to get a degree and it counts as "graduated". So if a student is in school for 3 years, leaves for the NFL but gets a degree within the 8 year time frame, it counts toward that year's cohort.

That sawed-off drunk isn't going back to college. He'll be in rehab within a year.
