Do you think people running the biggest institutions in the world don't talk?

The "deep state" even has members who don't know they are members, but their brainwashing during their educations and knowledge of what direction powerful people would like policy to drive towards causes them to act in cahoots with the people actually in control.

It's the same as researchers knowing and hearing that they'll lose their funding if they don't reach the proper conclusions. Do you think there's some mafia type guy visiting their homes to let them know?
