I think there’s a big difference between county jails and state penitentiaries. You don’t want to end up in the latter.

County is typically guys only doing a short stretch. Maybe a few years or awaiting trial. Most people in county either have hope of getting out or are just passing their time trying not to do anything to stay in longer than they have to.

State Penitentiaries are full of lifers with nothing to f’ing lose but their seed in your arse.

Im just going by the name. EBR is called a prison.

So when you use the word prison, i just assume you mean like east baton rouge prison.


But yes, angola is for lifers. you have a lot of non violent offenders in the county prisons and jails.


Im just saying those localized jails generally represent the make up of the population. Which should make sense to everyone.
