You don’t have to use the exact numbers. It’s just what I have. 33-3-6 is exact to 16.5-1.5-3 if you put it out at double the rate (they dont make that blend). I put out 33-3-6 at 3lbs per thousand which delivers 1lb on N per thousand. For the 46-0-0 I use 4lbs per thousand. This is a super high concentration but it polymer coated and a controlled release.
