The NFL is a private business that has set the requirements for eligibility to enter the draft. There is no rule or law to challenge

There’s also no monopoly they have on college athletes. There are plenty of other football leagues, they just happen to be the one that pays the most and is better than the others. Caleb Williams is free to sign with the XFL or CFL if he wants

the people arguing for NIL and that athletes have been exploited don’t believe that
