They said they prefer not to and the administrators agreed.

Again, these parents made horrible horrible decisions, but getting charged by the government seems ridiculous.

I think what really hurt her with the jury, was when she testified, she said she would do everything exactly the same. Shoulda tugged at their hearts with more of the “of course knowing what we know now we woulda blah blah blah”
