I have a good friend that owns rental property, commercial property, hotels, gas stations, etc.
The most profitable thing he owns are storage units and he’s solely investing in them now. He bundles them and sells them to private equity.
His comment was, “in America we can’t throw anything away. There’s some belief that junk will have a use someday”.
