I don't think most of them are. I think it's a pretense to get into the US. So they have to be vetted. Currently, they are allowed in and given a court date. It's my understanding that this bill would end that, and have them vetted at the border.

Not even fricking close, and you know it. There's a reason that Trumpers are against Ukraine, and it all boils down to Putin's influence on Trump.
