It's essentially already happening in NYC with their congestion tax. Also, I love the wording of the question on the ballot. Definitely not biased
What I also find funny is that one of those big SUVs can replace 5-7 smaller cars. But never mind that.

I can understand it happening in megalopolis NYC or Paris.
Bur people are incredibly naive if they think public transport will work well here in most of our country.
