There is a free program that Ive used in the past called Recuva. Pretty easy to use and ive retrieved deleted files with it before. Its made by the same people that make ccleaner and its pretty good at getting files back.

I'm at that point almost of getting a recovery software. It's frustrating because I've had it happen and I was able fix it myself.
Here I was last night getting ready to do taxes and I downloaded my W-2 and went to dump it in this folder and I get the message that "This folder or path doesn't exist".
