The Delta 8 stuff they legalized in Texas has the same wording.
eta: i'm about 99% it's "real weed". the it might be a knock off cart but it's probably not delta 8 as it has California all over it.

Its says THCA. Its delta 8. You can buy them from gas stations and smoke shops. Not illegal.
