I'm just saying on your third in 10 years in Louisiana your going to do a year. IIRC it's a ten year sentence on the 4th

Part is how many times has he driven smashed and just got lucky. Good thing he hasn’t killed anyone yet. 3 is a red flag.

Don't they all have to be in the same jurisdiction for this to happen? I recall a few years ago, there was a guy that racked up his 20th DUI over his life. But he had them in Orleans, JP, St. Tammany..., so the timing between some of them in the same jurisdiction was allowing him to have multiple 1st offense DUI arrests/penalties.
