I was there a few months ago and they had taken the carnitas burrito and tacos off the lunch menu. It was still good but not as good as it used to be, IMO.

Not to nitpick, but Alchemist is in Stowe. Waterbury is a great little town to visit though.

I was doing more typing than thinking. You're right. The original production facility is in Waterbury, so I've always thought of it as a Waterbury brewery. I'm in Baton Rouge and since having toddlers, traveling and thinking happen a lot less these days lol.
