Who CARES if she can make the Super Bowl or not. You think she’s the first celeb with a scheduling conflict?
While I don't think anyone cared if she gets to the SB the threads about it had some interesting discussion of private pilots and the logistics of getting from Japan to LV in the time frame.
It is clear a lot of people care about the topic even if their care is in the form of disdain. She has a ton of fans and many of them are the kind that care. There is a a lot of "news" I care nothing about and even if that news is "everywhere" I don't get peeved about it. It was much worse when something like this occurred and we only had 3 TV channels and likely only easy access to one newspaper unless you lived in a big city. Now I have a "billion" other sources of news/information to switch to and IMO anyone miffed beyond just tossing in their hot take is just looking for something to hate and be miserable about.

Yeah, no.
You are projecting your feelings.
There was a quite vocal contingent that regarded it as the end of the world if she couldn’t make the SB to be with Kelce. Even some insisted that there could be a government intervention to keep a slot open for her direct entry to LV (because they cared so much that they did their research to find that Vegas was completely booked for all flights, public or private).
It wasn’t for the folks holding the over the top fandom in disdain Japan formally spoke on their assessment of the “situation”
