They didn't have sex... basically, reading between the lines from the article, she blew them, was down to frick them, asked if they had protection, then they sorta got weirded out and had her leave... she even said she "wasn't going to actually go thru with it", and her charges read as if there wasn't actual sex that occurred, just the lead up to it, thus the "sexual contact" charges
